Default P/W Burning Hammer

Introduction
The problem with hammers is without using an elite such as Devastating Hammer, Earthshaker, or Backbreaker it is a glorified scythe with no AoE. TO alleviate the massive adrenaline cost of damage skills such as Whirlwind Attack, Anthem of Fury is used.

Build
Burning Hammer

Paragon/Warrior
Level: 20

Leadership: 16 (12+4)
Hammer Mastery: 12

- Burning Refrain (Leadership) <-- burning
- Anthem of Fury [Elite] (Leadership) <-- 4 adrenaline on attack skill use, keeps Burning Refrain up
- Distracting Blow (Warrior other) <-- adrenaline builder
- Yeti Smash (Hammer Mastery) <-- AoE
- Whirlwind Attack (Sunspear Skill) <-- AoE to spread burning
- "There's is Nothing to Fear!" (Sunspear Skill)
- "They're on Fire!" (Leadership)
- Leader's Comfort (Leadership)
- Signet of Return (Leadership)

Considerations
- Focused Anger [Elite] (Leadership) wasn't used due to slow attack rate of hammer
-->1.75 seconds swing time over 10 seconds = 5.7 strikes of adrenaline (a marginal increase at best)
--> cannot be maintained indefinitely and doesn't affect party members, only yourself
- Mighty Blow (Hammer Mastery) could be subbed in instead of Yeti Smash for more focused damage
- Counter Blow (Hammer Mastery) is charged instantly by Anthem of Fury + Distracting Blow, so it can be subbed instead of Yeti smash

Thoughts
Threw out Hammer Bash,Wild Blow, and Heavy Blow simply because the "lose all adrenaline" clause is really hurtful.
